  1. Distinctive features

Psychologists have long proved that only four types of temperament prevail among people: choleric, sanguine, melancholic and phlegmatic. Each of them is distinguished by special, unlike each other character traits and behavioral features.

At the same time, it is known that there are practically no people who belong to only one type of character. More often than not, in one person different psychotypes are mixed at the same time.

You can easily meet a person who has the features of a sanguine choleric.

Distinctive features

Sanguine choleric people are people who possess personality traits and implement behavioral patterns that are characteristic of two types of temperament. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze each of them in more detail.

Sanguine

So, sanguine people are quite sociable, they quickly find a common language with others and like to communicate. They are cheerful and able to quickly change different types of activities, they do not like routine work. However, if in one person there are not only sanguine, but also choleric features, then a sharp change in activities can cause irritability and discontent.

Sanguine people quickly adapt to new and previously unknown environmental conditions, and also well control their emotional state.

This type of temperament is similar to choleric in that their owners tend to speak loudly, quickly and expressively, complementing their speech with facial expressions and gestures.

Choleric

If we turn to the description of the nature of choleric people, it should be noted that these people are quite quickly and easily excited, can often be unbalanced, hot-tempered and impatient (in scientific terms, excitation reactions prevail over inhibition).

If choleric is combined with sanguine, then this character trait is slightly softened.

Among other things, choleric subjects are subject to a quick change of mood and rather vivid manifestations of feelings - they take all events to heart, and often at their own expense.

This character trait may appear in everyday life in a bad way - choleric people may seem too touchy and sentimental.

On the other hand, choleric are quite persistent by nature. If any occupation arouses genuine interest in them, then they enthusiastically take it to be done, easily overcome any difficulties and remove the obstacles that stand in their way.

It should be noted that people who combine the characteristics of choleric and sanguine are able to mitigate and neutralize some of the negative character traits inherent in any of these types of temperaments.

Almost all people are built on the basis of such combinations. Each of us has the features of different types of temperament. That is why each of us is an individual.

However, one should not forget the fact that a person is a social creature by definition. We all live in the company of other people and therefore must find a common language with others and try to compromise.
