  • Drink more water. 1.5-2 liters per day. Not tea or coffee, namely water. Only this life-giving moisture is able to help our body work smoothly.
  • Avoid stress and negative emotions.. Something went wrong? Look at the situation from the other side. Find the good points. Learn to disengage and take care of your nerves.
  • Sleep for at least 8-9 hours in a row. Exactly so much our body and brain need to fully recover and be ready for new achievements.
