It is necessary to add that foamiran is easily cut with simple scissors, and a finished heart made of glitter material often does not even require additional decor, since it looks advantageous in itself. A foamiran valentine may be a regular postcard or it may also be decorated in the form of a magnet.

Tools and materials
To create a valentine from foamiran, in addition to paper of several shades, usually only those stationery are needed that are already in the household. In this case, we are talking about scissors, a stapler, double-sided tape and a glue gun. If the valentine is planned to be voluminous, it will be necessary to prepare a suitable filler, for example, a thin synthetic winterizer. Rhinestones, ribbons, beads, artificial flowers and multi-colored markers are used to decorate heart cards.
Execution technique
In order to make a heart-shaped foamiran valentine with your own hands, it is better to follow the instructions of the master class step by step. As a rule, no templates are required for this, since the shape of the postcard is quite simple. To create a simple craft, in addition to red foamiran, you will need a dense cardboard, which, for example, can be taken from an old shoe box. Scissors and a lighter, an iron and a curly stapler, as well as a glue gun with spare rods are useful for processing materials. In addition, the work will require the presence of satin ribbons of white, red and gold colors, a marker and half beads.
Making begins with the fact that a heart is drawn on the cardboard, and inside it is another one of the same, but smaller. The blank is cut with ordinary scissors, or with a cutter so that the heart turns through. Further, the free edge of the red tape is fused so that the cut does not fall apart into individual threads. The satin fabric adheres to the cardboard blank and begins to curl around it.
Every couple of centimeters, it is better to fix the tape with glue so that it does not disintegrate and does not unwind in the opposite direction.
Having processed the whole Valentine in this way, the end of the satin ribbon must be cut off, scorched and fixed to the adhesive from the back. The front side of the heart will be decorated with a foamiran carving. Using a curly stapler, identical flowers are cut out.
In the absence of this tool, you can try to create them yourself, working with a cutter or scissors.
Usually, if the height of the workpiece is 13 centimeters, then it requires about 20 flowers.
To make foamiran flowers slightly voluminous, each one must be leaned against the iron activated at minimum temperature for a couple of seconds. By clicking on the middle of each flower, you will be able to raise its petals. After heat treatment of all the flowers, it is necessary to glue the pearly half-bead in the middle of each. Ready-made buds are glued to the front of the Valentine as tightly as possible to each other. A loop is formed from a white satin ribbon on the back of the heart, and the place of its fastening is formed by a golden stripe.
A finished cardboard heart can also be decorated with foamiran roses. To make the blank look more advantageous, it can be additionally pasted with felt of rich scarlet color. Separate petals are cut out of the foamiran, to which volume is then attached using an iron, heated to a temperature of 110-120 degrees. Each petal should be carefully leaned against the iron, and then gently stretched to create a rounded shape. Optionally, you can also fold the miniature blank into an accordion and slightly twist its rounded part.
Individual petals are collected in a rose using a drop-shaped blank made of polystyrene foam, cotton wool or a lump of foil. All fastening is carried out using hot glue. The first petal is located just above the base, the second is fixed opposite the first, the third is placed, slightly going into the second.
It is important that the parts fit snugly against each other.
