Kitchen design in the house of the P-44 series

Experienced designers confidently cope with this task. And even sometimes a bar counter or unique decorative objects are introduced into the kitchen to separate zones. However, the dimensions of individual items turn out to be a critical parameter. So, you can put behind the door only high, but not too wide refrigerators. To harmoniously solve the problem with ugly ledges, you can:

• cover them with natural stone or decorative plaster;
• mask cabinet furniture;
• apply as a plane for decoration;
• turn the protrusion into a zoning element of space.

From radical transformations, especially associated with redevelopment, it is better to refuse. Even the most decisive ideas for transforming the interior allow you to move the plates and sinks, faucets only at the wall that was originally reserved for them. Moving to other walls is strictly prohibited. For visual expansion of space should be used:

• shelves and countertops made of glass;
• tiles and metal surfaces with a mirror effect;
• ceilings and floors in bright colors.

However, it should be borne in mind that such surfaces will have to be cleaned and washed more often than conventional options. If the area is 10 square meters. m, you can move the refrigerator outside the door, and arrange the rest of the space in a straight or angular pattern. Since it is possible to save space in this case less strictly, the protrusions of the ventilation shafts can be built into tables or cabinets with display cases or sheathed with impermeable facades. This allows you to arrange the desired items vertically. There are various options - the case or go forward, or stand in one inextricable line.

The box can be turned into a buffet. It is usually made in the form of a monolithic pencil case. It is also possible to use open (without doors) structures. Sinks rearrange to short walls or integrate into corner tables. Sometimes they are left near long walls, closer to stoves or hobs.

But this solution has a very serious drawback - the useful workspace will be less. As for the introduction of bar counters into the interior, here you can show an almost unlimited imagination. Varies:

• installation in the form of an island or a peninsula.

Some models of racks are equipped with roofs for drying dishes or are closed tightly by glass. Important: the bar element must not be mounted close to the ventilation tab. Then the working space will be quite enough even for those who like to cook a lot and actively.

Bar counters in the “peninsula” format can both repeat the design of other countertops and contrast with them. The choice depends only on the preferences of the owners themselves. The "island" type is suitable only with careful thought over the space. To do this, use shallow built-in furniture. The ledge is sewn up with facades, and the rack is used instead of a full-fledged ordinary table.

No matter how attractive a particular option may appear in the description or in the picture, you need to measure it with your needs. All necessary items and areas of the room should be located as accessible as possible. Ideally, standing at the workplace, people should take whatever they need with just a hand outstretched. As much as possible should engage the vertical. To fill them are used:

• drying;
• hanging cabinets for dishes, cereals, pasta;
• shelves (open or closed type);
• crossbars.

A linear arrangement of furniture involves placing it on the longest wall. To beat all the same duct, it is not necessary to use a bar. You can turn the box into a separate element, ending with a bedside table. Important: the base of all furniture must be narrowed. Only in this case they will harmoniously enter the created environment.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the design of kitchens in P-44T houses. They are equipped with a bay window, which allows you to increase the total area to 13.2 m2. Designers note that countertops with smoothly curved edges become a very good choice. These edges seem to “hug” ventilation shafts. Therefore, there is no need for a meticulous search for optimal furniture placement possibilities. But if the task is set to use the useful area to the fullest extent possible, you will have to select the headsets for a long time and carefully. The dimensions of all its parts must be multiple in relation to the length and width of the shaft.
