For this reason, at the moment when you are using two devices at the same time, you need to hold them, like ordinary cutlery, in other words, the knife is in your right hand and the fork is in your left. One of the types of exceptions when you can violate the above rules may be the use of soufflé for dessert, cocktails with particles of small fruits, cheese products. These airy dishes suggest using a fork solo.

Since various biscuits, sand cakes crumble very much, and you can’t bite them off, in this case you need to cut small pieces with a knife, or eat directly with a dessert fork.
