Step by step the process of making the composition looks like this.

1. Making the base. Cut out a circle of cardboard and 2 of the same blanks of felt. The neck of the glass acts as a stencil. The cardboard layer is glued with felt from 2 sides. The selected figurine is attached to the center with hot-melt adhesive.
2. Decorating the inside. The finished composition is glued to the glass. Rhinestones are placed around the edges at the seam - it is better to take in ribbons, they are easier to fix.
3. Preparation of the crown. The lower part of the foam ball is cut so that the surface of the cut corresponds to the area of ​​the legs of the glass. The process of making New Year's topiary looks like this.

1. Half of the foam ball adheres to the flat base of the inverted glass. It is better to take "Titan" - the connection will be as reliable as possible.This glue should dry for about 12 hours.
2. The finished foam base on the glass needs to be painted. To do this, use green acrylic and a brush. At the same time, you can start coloring the cones and branches. Small ones are best covered with the composition of the container, large ones - with a brush. White paint is used here.
3. A sisal is glued with a thermogun along the perimeter of the hemisphere. It closes the seam at the junction with the stem of the wine glass. Around - in the form of a kind of wreath, cones and branches decorated with white paint are attached. The top is also filled with decor, you can use New Year's toys, mini-gifts in shiny paper, stars. The smallest decor and alder cones are fixed on top.
4. Artificial snow is applied to the surface of the finished composition. It is possible to achieve that it is better held by using glue "Titan".
5. While the top is drying, you can do the foundation. From felt, white and color cardboard, 1 circle is cut. The template is the edge of the glass, on which the topiary rests. All elements are glued together - felt inside, then white cardboard, color will be in contact with the surface on which the composition stands.
6. With a thermogun, the composition for the interior decoration of the glass is glued to the prepared base. It can be a combination of branches, cones, balls, or just a sisal with a snowman figure. It is important that the edges of the composition do not protrude beyond the edge of the felt circle.
7. A thin layer of Crystal Moisture glue is applied to the edge of the substrate. The interior decor is placed in a glass. A thin satin ribbon is fastened in place of the connecting seam along the side. You can use the same glue.

The composition is ready. It remains only to dry it well, and then you can show your New Year's topiary in a glass to the admiring guests of the New Year's celebration.
