Kashkors: what is this fabric and where is it used?

Things from knitwear never go out of fashion, even if they are not on the upper steps of the pedestal. Comfortable, practical knitwear is worn by adults and children. Knitted fabric differs from other types of fabric by the feature of weaving of threads. If the fabric is based on weaving of longitudinal and transverse threads, then knitwear is a knitted fabric. In the modern world, there are many types of knitwear, differing in composition, density and smoothness of the surface, cashmere is one of them.

Until the twentieth century, knitted fabric was used in the manufacture of things for the poor. With the advent of technological progress and the advent of new synthetic materials that improve the quality characteristics of natural fiber, the scope of application of knitwear has expanded. Cascors is a type of French knitwear made with “English rubber band”. The main material for the manufacture of this type of knitwear is cotton. One hundred percent cotton can be used, and there can be various options with the addition of lycra, viscose and polyester. The quality of the fabric depends on the quality of the cotton used to make the threads. Also, one of the differences is the pattern of the "English gum": uniform alternation over the entire width of the canvas of one front and one wrong loops or a ratio of loops two to two, less often three to three.

Things made from cashmere are pleasant to the touch, easily stretch and well fit the figure. Due to the composition and characteristics of weaving, the surface of the web is “breathable”, hygroscopic and non-irritating. In summer, products made from this type of fabric are not hot, but warm in the cold season. Modern manufacturing techniques have made this knitwear resistant to wear and fading, so things are durable and do not lose shape.

There are several varieties of cashmere, differing in composition and use.

• The most expensive view is called "Peña". Such a fabric is made of long-staple cotton threads with the addition of elastane in a ratio of 95: 5. Thick high-quality elastic material with a smooth surface, very soft to the touch, ideal for sewing children's things.
• For the variety of cash ring “Ring” take medium fiber cotton, adding 5% lycra. The canvas turns out to be moderately dense, stretches poorly and does not sit when washing. Things go long-lasting, pleasant to the body.
• Acrylic is similar in description to Ring, only more dense in structure. It is used for finishing the neck, sleeves and bottom of products.
• Open end, the cheapest of the varieties of cashmere, is made from short-fiber cotton with five percent lycra. The fabric is very dense, with light hairiness, suitable for the manufacture of outerwear.

• 100% Cotton Cashmere does not contain synthetic additives, so the canvas is less durable and slightly less elastic than other types. Due to its natural composition, it absorbs moisture well and does not irritate the skin, which makes it suitable for sewing underwear for adults and children.
• Canvas with 30% Polyester, dense and smooth, used to decorate outerwear.
• Cash-covered korskors contains 95% cotton fiber and 5 percent lycra. The dense elastic fabric has a small fleece on the wrong side, which makes the fabric soft and warm. Items sewn from fleece fabric are indispensable in winter frosts. They hold heat well, allowing the body to breathe.
• From a dense, wear-resistant fabric with a content of polyester and viscose in a ratio of 75: 22: 3 comfortable things for sports are sewn.

Depending on the density of the finished fabric and the width of the resulting scars, the fabric is used to make various types of clothing: from underwear and children's clothes to outerwear and tracksuits. There are three types of material:

• thin canvas, with a density of 150 g / m2 to 190 g / m2;
• medium density canvas from 190g / m2 to 280 g / m2;
• dense canvas with a density of over 280 g / m2.

Hats, scarves and hosiery are sewn from medium-density fabric and fleece cashmere. The canvas for these things is performed by the method of circular knitting with an elastic band 1 to 1 or 2 to 2 loops.

For sewing T-shirts, light dresses and children's things, thin linen and singing are best suited. To give a more elegant look to everyday things, lace inserts are made of lace.

Thin types of knitwear are used to make cuffs and ties for children's things. Medium-density material is used to finish the necks, sleeves and bottom of products, and cuffs and collars for jackets and sportswear are made from very dense knitwear.

Turtlenecks, sweaters, sweaters are sewn from cashmere of various densities. Things turn out to be soft, comfortable, beautiful and keep their shape for a long time.

From a fabric with polyester and viscose sew a sports uniform, comfortable and light.

Cashmere kashkors are used for tailoring sweaters, sweaters, cardigans, and also outerwear.

Mostly things are sewn from cashmere for everyday wear, but modern fashion offers elegant models from very dense singing with lurex. A dress made of elastic but soft fabric with a shiny surface, perfectly fitting in shape, is itself a worthy decoration for a woman on a festive evening.

In order for convenient and practical things to serve for a long time and not lose their appearance, special care is needed for knitwear. Products from this linen are best washed manually, but if this is not possible, you should choose a delicate washing program. Spin to produce at low speeds of the drum or manually, without applying much effort, so as not to deform the thing. Of detergents, manufacturers recommend the use of gels for washing delicate fabrics, as the most sparing option, ensuring the safety of the knitted fabric, and conditioners to give softness.

Like any fabric, the knitted fabric has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Among the advantages are noted:

• wear resistance;
• long retain the brightness of the color;
• easily passes air, allowing the body to breathe;
• absorbs and evaporates moisture well;
• soft and pleasant to the touch;
• does not form spools on the surface of the canvas;
• easily stretched and returned to its original form;
• does not cause an allergic reaction.

The disadvantages include the fact that he needs special care and gentle washing. Sewing kashkors products also presents certain difficulties for an inexperienced seamstress, due to the fact that the fabric is easily stretched and requires a fitting pattern.
