The city of Pavlovo-on-Oka is one of the famous places in Russia involved in the development of the metalworking industry. The leading representative of this industry was the Pavlovsk cutlery factory, which is known for its highly artistic products not only in the Russian Federation, but also abroad.
About Products
In 1890, the populist A. G. Shtange was founded "Pavlovsk artisanal metal workers artel", which was called the plant them. Kirov already in the days of the USSR. At the beginning of the 70s of the XX century, the Pavlovsk cutlery plant received the Order of the Badge of Honor. Later in 1994, the artistic and expert council of the region noted the products of the plant as a nationwide creative trade, after which it began to represent a significant cultural and historical heritage in the history of Russia.
Today, the Pavlovsk cutlery factory is considered the largest manufacturer of kitchen appliances in the Russian Federation and the CIS. A part of the enterprise accounts for about 30% of the manufactured goods of the dining group. For the production of products that meet state standards, only high-quality chrome steel and silver from foreign suppliers are used, which corresponds to international quality certificates.
The plant’s products consist of various types of silver cutlery, kitchen appliances and stainless steel accessories, restaurant and buffet appliances. Products have a variety of styles and price categories, which can satisfy the needs of each potential buyer.
Range
Stainless steel table sets are available in four series, each of which has its own unique features and elements: Classic, Renaissance, Modern and Minima.
The Classic series includes three types of devices:
- line called "Three" - includes designer forks, knives and spoons, made by mixing Baroque and Rococo styles;
- "Slav" - made using elements of the classics of the Nizhny Novgorod carving technique and grass seed painting;
- "Governor" - The design is made in a sophisticated classic style.
Cutlery sets series "Renaissance" ("Imperial", "Palace", "Ambassadorial") stand out with luxurious patterns and elements of Russian classical painting and the Renaissance. These appliances are deluxe. In their composition, such sets can contain as 1 item, and more, for example, 30 items (for 6 people), 36 items (for 6 or 12 people).
Instrument Kits Modern series (Prelude, Wave, Rhapsody) Decorated in a contemporary style, simple in design. The absence of "angular" patterns give this series an elegant conciseness with maximum functionality.
Devices Minima series consist of models: “Virage”, “Three” without coinage and the “Wave” set without coinage. This series also includes forks, knives and spoons made of sheet steel. The main difference between the sets of this line is the simplicity of the geometric shapes of the accessories, as well as the lack of ornament in the engraving of the pen. Such dishes are an alternative to replace uncomfortable and impractical plastic, aluminum and nickel silver appliances, which are also harmful to health and the environment.
One set can include from 4 to 20 variations of tableware, which are of the following types:
- standard (stainless steel);
- with artistic painting (zodiac signs, barberry, "swan song" and others);
- with nitride titanium enamel;
- with gilding (gold coated with 24 carats is used);
- with art painting on nitride titanium coating.
The high level of professionalism of the plant's employees allows us to produce collections of silverware for the serving group, as well as water ionizers with engraved zodiac signs. The best creative traditions and the sophistication of family silver relics were taken as the basis for the design of the instruments. Sets of silver accessories are packed in leather cases with the brand name of silverware.
A variety of kitchen utensils that Pavlovsky Cutlery Plant produces can be used in professional or home kitchen. High-quality stainless steel provides maximum ease of use and long product life. And also sets of tableware are produced for a different number of persons (from 1 to 12) and can include from 2 to 90 items for various purposes (salad set, fish, tea, table and others).
Depending on the required number of devices, you can choose sets of the Pavlovsk factory of various configurations: for 18 items (for 6 people), as well as for 24 items and larger ones for 36 items. Sometimes these kits include forks for desserts or salads, a ladle, sugar spoons, a spatula, tongs and others.
The product quality of the Pavlovsk cutlery plant, as well as the complexity and duration of the manufacturing process form a “decent” cost for it. However, this is an insignificant drawback, because high-quality and environmentally friendly raw materials cannot cost too cheap.
