You can make the top of the slap separately and sew the finished part to the insole with strong synthetic thread. In this case, for the top of the slippers, you can knit a semicircular motif, the last rows of which are knitted without expanding the fabric to give volume detail. A strap of the required length is tied to the straight part of the motive, and from it are two side panels of future slippers, triangular in shape.
