The average hair length is optimal for the formation of curls of any type. You can curl them using the same tools that are used for short curls. But when creating a hairstyle, you need to remember several rules that are important for obtaining the perfect result:

• Do not divide your hair into thick locks;
• you need to carefully select modeling tools by type of hair;
• do not separate the twisted strands until completely cooled;
• always use thermal protective agents before laying.

When dividing hair, it is necessary to form strands of small size (no more than 2 cm). Otherwise, creating embossed curls will be difficult. As for modeling tools, for thin hair a foam is more suitable, which will not burden styling. For thick and heavy strands, it is recommended to use a mousse with stronger fixing properties.

When using thermal agents, the final fixation of the shape of the curl occurs after it cools. Therefore, premature separation of the hair can lead to their loss of shape.

To create curls on medium hair, you can use curlers of various diameters. This greatly expands the range of hairstyle options. But when using them, it is necessary to take into account the installation time: from 6 to 8 hours. For this reason, it is easiest to curl your hair at night. For this, soft curlers are best suited.

There are several techniques for modeling medium length hair using a straightener. The simplest involves twisting the strands into a bundle and processing with a hot appliance. After they hold the curl, it retains a twisted shape.

There is another way. To do this, the strand is clamped with an iron at the roots, and the hair is wound in one revolution. Next, you need to slowly guide the device through the hair, holding the ends twisted.
