An American by the name of Rose was so offended by the traffic cameras, due to which she was constantly forced to pay huge fines, since she was not an exemplary driver that decided to declare war on them. In a feminine way. For her, she leads quite successfully with the help of ... a dress.
The woman created the outfit herself. On the dress - an unusual print from a great many different license plates. And when the next traffic camera tries to fix the Rose auto numbers, it invariably starts to “glitch” and “hang”, since a huge number of numbers get into the camera at the same time.
Having tested her dress in battle, making sure that it effectively resists road cameras, the woman decided to become a designer and released a whole line of outfits called Adversarial Fashion ("competitive fashion").

A program that manages surveillance cameras on the road cannot figure out which of the numbers that came into view is true. So, one of the women in such a dress, which simply crossed the street on foot, identified the cameras as "a blue motorcycle with the state number PPRDRTED, owned by a PEOPL California citizen."
There has never been such a motorcycle, nor such a citizen. And the failure, experts say, was made possible because cameras that do not exist are entered into the database independently, and this does not always happen correctly - a technique, where can she go. Nevertheless, the police consider the invention of Rose to be harmful and dangerous. It can lead to oversaturation of the database, confusion, slow processing of citizens' requests, and even to global failures of the state video recording system.
But the woman didn’t seem to have done anything illegal, and therefore nobody can bring her to justice for a dress. Anyway, bye.
