The film began to be shot in 1998, and shooting continued until the fashion designer retired. But then it turned out that his assistant Berger intends to independently control the installation and script, but the director refused. As a result, the film was shown only once - at the Berlinale, and then Berger banned shows, explaining that no one had given Mayru permission to do so.
