Here you need a fan brush and powder in various shades. We apply the base coat, but not completely dry. On a fan brush we collect powder (it can be bought in specialized stores). With light tapping movements, we shake off the powder on the nail. Next, we pick up a different color and repeat the manipulation only over another area of ​​the nail.
