Regardless of which particular powder you prefer, keep in mind that it must be small, since even the smallest lumps will make the coating itself lumpy. If you intend to work with starch, then be sure to sift it through a fine sieve, and if you like shadows, you should first pick them out with a toothpick from the box and crush them into dust.

For a half bottle of varnish you will need 5-6 a pinch of starch, but it’s better to take more shadows, preferably the whole box at once.

Roll a fist from a sheet of paper to leave a shallow hole.

After this, it is necessary to open the bottle and insert a funnel into it, but so that it does not directly touch the varnish - in this case, the powder will begin to stick to the funnel instead of falling into the bubble.

It is better to sprinkle the powder with a teaspoon. If you perform these actions manually, it is possible that he will begin to stick to his fingers. Do not pour out all the powder you have at a time. It should not be too thick, it is better to add some more component later if necessary.

If possible, add a couple of small balls from the bearing to the bubble - in this case it will be much easier for you to mix the contents of the bottle. You will need balls with a diameter of 3 mm. It is optimal that they be made of stainless steel.

The vial with all contents should be twisted very tightly and shaken vigorously for several minutes until the contents become homogeneous. If you put the balls, then the shaking can be stopped at the moment when you stop hearing the metal blows on the bottle.
