Mix paint with an oxidizing agent in compliance with the recommended proportions (most often it is 1: 1).
Test for allergies: Apply a small amount to the elbow or carpal fold. Wait 10-20 minutes - if irritation does not appear on the skin, itching does not occur, then you can safely proceed to coloring eyebrows / eyelashes.
