Recently, the famous brand is part of even larger transnational corporations. So, in 2003, the controlling stake was bought by the giant Procter & Gamble, which does not need special ideas. In 2015, the brand’s identity changes again and it becomes part of Coty, a not-so-promoted corporation, which, incidentally, also owns Unilever.

In addition to the brand in question, there are other companies that produce hair dyes, which indicates certain disadvantages of Wella, although the latter is rightly considered the leader, and this is a hint of pluses. In experiments with their own appearance, it is important to correctly evaluate all the pros and cons in advance, so we’ll try to figure out what is good and what is bad about the company's products. Let's start with the good:

• Wella paints are very high quality, they suggest a professional result even when painting at home and even without the slightest experience in dyeing hair;
• all shades are highly saturated, while, unlike cheap analogs, the color lasts a long time, and “accidentally” washing it off simply does not work;

The disadvantages of using branded products are also available, although they are much smaller.The first thing that scares away some potential buyers is a rather high cost, but the firm's pricing policy can be understood: it spends a lot of money on research and the purchase of the highest quality raw materials for the production of paints. Another problem is that with all the abundance of the range, far from every cosmetic department, especially in small towns, can offer a good assortment of Wella paints.

One of the strengths of Wella products, which made the brand famous, was the focus on professional products - one that even professional stylists would not have passed.
