Markell cosmetics: composition and description of products

Markell cosmetics has been produced by a Belarusian company since 1993. The main concept of the brand: "cosmetics should be the best friend of every woman." Based on this, the company offers mass-market care cosmetics: it can be bought freely in the departments of the supermarket, and its cost is available for every woman.

All Markell cosmetics are focused on programmed care. For each age and skin type, there is a line of its own, which includes means:

• makeup remover;
• for daily use (cream, lotions);
• weekly use (masks, patches);
• for deep cleaning of the skin (scrubs).

Each tool in the line enhances the action of the other, however, this does not mean that in combination with another line, there will be no effect. Another feature of the brand is the cooperation with foreign companies for the production of active natural ingredients for creams, shampoos and masks. These are Brazilian extracts of ginseng, white lily, Swiss extract of microalgae, Spanish stem cell complex of plant origin.

Means for avoiding the Belarusian brand are divided into 3 areas:

• face care (face creams, face masks, face scrubs, creams for the skin around the eyes, ampoules of deep action, additional care);

• hair care (shampoos, balms, masks, styling sprays, styling);

• body care (hand products, foot products, cream and body milk, car bronzers, scrubs, masks and wraps, deodorants).

Each type is divided into 3 levels: professional, nature, everyday. The professional line is focused on salon procedures at home, but can be recommended for use in beauty salons. The natural direction is 95% composed of plant components and even includes such a unique ingredient as snail mucin.

The advantages of cosmetics definitely include:

• work is not for immediate visibility, but for a deep result;
• the presence (up to 95%) of natural components in the composition;
• visible results after daily use within a month;
• affordable price (the cost of a jar of cream does not exceed 350 rubles);
• a large assortment.

By cons, consumers include:

• lack of smell of fragrances in some products (a very controversial issue, given that many do not like the perfumery smell of cosmetics on hair and body);
• cream with snail mucin leave a feeling of a sticky film on the body;
• mask films weakly clean pores without stretching their contents;
• not all funds from everyday are suitable for daily use (for example, scrubs have rather hard particles, and creams have a dense greasy consistency).

Despite some flaws, Markell makes high-quality and inexpensive skin care products for the body, face and hair.
