The Crimean airport is located in Simferopol, so those arriving on the peninsula will first have to get to the bus station. Transport departs from the Kurortnaya bus station in the morning. The guardian is a paradise for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of life in megalopolises. It is no coincidence that whole families come here for holidays. The village is far from large cities, which, in turn, leads to low prices for accommodation in hotels and recreation centers. This budget option suits many.

It is hot and dry in summer. The average temperature is + 23 ° C. July is the warmest summer month. In winter, the climate becomes humid but mild. The air temperature drops to -1 ° C.

In mid-May, the water warms up to + 20 ° C, and the bathing season begins. The sea near the Guardian has a characteristic purple tint, which indicates a high percentage of iodine in it. This vital element for us is produced by algae, which in large quantities grow in the bay. Exposure to such water is extremely beneficial for the body. Due to the fact that the shores in the bay are gentle, swimming is safe, but to get to the depth, you need to master a kilometer. It is an ideal place for families with small children. In shallow water, the water is very warm.

The guardian is famous for its Bakal Spit, the main attraction of these places. It originates from the village of Kotovskoye (3.6 km north of the village) and stretches to the northeast. The length of the natural site is 12 km. The widest part of it is in the middle and reaches 30-50 m. To the north there is a narrowing of the spit, and it smoothly passes into Cape Peschaniy.

Since 2000, this place has been the territory of a landscape park, which also includes Lake Bakalsky, where salt is mined. In fact, it is a shallow estuary with salt water and deposits of healing mud, which helps with diseases such as skin, musculoskeletal, gynecological, cardiovascular and others.

If you want to relax in this place "savages", grab some drinking water with you, since the nearest settlement, which is the village of Stereguschiy, is 2 km away. There is no vegetation around the spit, so it is important to consider some kind of shelter from the sun: beach umbrellas, tents. Otherwise, a severe sunburn or blow may result.

The sea is within walking distance: it is enough to walk only 50 m.

The recreation center "Surf" owns an area of ​​6 hectares. On this territory there are three types of houses. The cheapest option is a house without air conditioning. Living in it will cost 300-350 rubles per day per person. The golden mean is an option with air conditioning: 400-450 rubles. To remove the most expensive view (with amenities), you will have to pay 600-650 rubles. However, if you come to rest with children whose age does not exceed 5 years, please note that their accommodation is free. Three meals a day in the dining room "Sun" - 700 rubles per person.

Holiday Village "Rainbow" Located 70 meters from the sea. It is designed for 200 people. Accommodation is offered in Finnish wooden houses, luxury cottages or two-story stone buildings. The cost depends on the type of housing. The most expensive suite (in August 4500 rubles per day), the most budget one - economy (500-600 rubles per person).

There is a zone for playing volleyball, a playground with a labyrinth, gazebos, parking for vehicles, a summer cinema. There is a shop and cafe on site. It is possible to rent sun loungers.

A good option for tourists - guest houses. As a rule, they are designed for a small number of visitors, which is ideal for lovers of peace and quiet. The most budget option is to rent housing from private owners. The only negative is the lack of comfortable conditions.
