Saki has a pretty interesting story. If we consider the name of the city itself, then some historians are of the opinion that the resort got such a name, since Scythian tribes - Saki lived on this area before. Others consider the name pre-Scythian, since “sak” translates as “trap” or “bag”. It can be argued that the sea flooded the coast and could not go back, and thus a salt lake appeared.

Although Saki is a fairly new city since he received the status of a city only in 1952, It is known that on its territory people lived even three thousand years ago.On its territory were found many artifacts proving this fact. According to archaeological research, in ancient times the healing lake was the center of the resort. Information about the beautiful town and the miraculous properties of the mud of the lake is found in the notes of Ptolemy, Herodotus and Guy Pliny the Elder.

During the Middle Ages, a small village called Tuzla appeared on the territory of the modern city of Saki. It was here that Muslim clergy were treated with mud. Although as a resort town, Saki became known only at the end of the XIX century. Since that time, many scientists and not only became interested in the town. Various famous personalities began to come to Saki, scientific expeditions were carried out, and so on.

It is worth noting the contribution of Prince Vorontsov to the development of the city, namely the construction of a mud bath in 1827. Thanks to him, hospitals and pavilions for patients, houses and baths, as well as the first boarding house appeared on the territory of the city. Unfortunately, during the Crimean War, the city was completely destroyed, many residents had to leave the area. And only in the 1930s, Saki began to revive. During this period, a settlement is formed, a fairly strong infrastructure is developing. The village is already becoming a village, and in 1952 it acquires the status of a city. Saki is located in the steppe area with plains and small hills, which have little effect on the relief. For this reason, quite often there are winds on the territory of Sak, as well as high air temperature, which is distributed throughout the area equally.

Summer in Saki is quite hot and dry. It is generally accepted that the average temperature is about +25 degrees, but often the temperature rises to + 35–40 degrees. If you need to get from Simferopol to Sak, then buses regularly leave the Kurortnaya bus station, approximately every 15–20 minutes. The station is located near the train station. It deserves special attention, since the beach of the sanatorium is presented in the form of a wide sandy coastal strip. It is open only to local residents, that is, at the entrance you need to show your residence permit, as well as for vacationers of the sanatorium. The beach is equipped with playgrounds of both a game and sports nature, various attractions. On its territory there are locker rooms, toilets, as well as tents with water. Nearby is the park area and the embankment of the sanatorium.

This is the most fun place, which is popular among young people and not only. Priboy beach is represented by a sand strip with a length of up to 1 km and a width of 50–100 m. At the same time, a large number of people can relax on it. The beach is open to everyone, regardless of whether you live in the recreation center or not. The beach can be reached by bus from Sak Bus Station. Travel time will take approximately 20 minutes.

Towards Evpatoria are the beaches of the village, while the stop is located on Simferopol highway. Sandy beaches will definitely appeal to both adults and children. If you go a little further, you can relax on the wild coast. On the beaches of the village there is a fairly developed infrastructure, including locker rooms and toilets, attractions and rental equipment for recreation, awnings and showers.

Near the water park "Banana Republic" are luxurious beach areas, among which stands out "New". It is quite large and clean. On the beach there are sunshades, toilets, benches for relaxing, as well as rental umbrellas and sun loungers. At the entrance to the sea, a strip of pebbles passes, and, in general, the beach has a sand cover. Getting to the beach is quite simple - you should get off the bus at the Banana Republic stop, and then turn left and after 10 minutes you will be on the seashore.

It also has a luxurious beach, quite clean and spacious. On its territory there are toilets, changing rooms, showers and awnings, as well as storage rooms. If necessary, you can rent equipment for the beach. If you stayed in this complex, then all the inventory will go for free. But others will have to pay about 150 to 250 rubles per day.

This territory is equipped. These villages have several central beaches. So, the beach in Novofyodorovka is sandy, spacious and complemented by infrastructure.
