The variety of vacations in this place is due to the fact that the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is a peninsula, therefore, many cities have access to the sea. In addition to major tourist destinations (Evpatoria, Yalta, Sevastopol, Feodosia, Alupka, Alushta), there are smaller settlements that are no less interesting and perfect for families.

One of the most beautiful places in Crimea is the city of Feodosia, and next to it is the equally interesting settlement Beregovoye. Why is this particular village, which is not so easy to find on the map, so popular among tourists? In addition to its convenient location near the resort town, it attracts with its cozy and relaxed atmosphere. This is a very quiet and peaceful place for a relaxing family holiday.

The village is located directly on the Black Sea coast. There are fewer people there in season than in other cities, due to the location: from Simferopol to the village 125 km, if you go by taxi it is from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. 170 km from Yalta, and 8 km from Feodosia. Therefore, when planning your vacation, be careful and correctly calculate your route and the time necessary for the trip.

From the east, the village is washed by the salt lake Aschigol, but since it does not have medicinal properties, it is not in demand among tourists. If you decide to go to this wonderful place, then for you there will be all the amenities. Due to its coastal location, most services are aimed at the benefit of tourists. For example, along the entire promenade there are cafes, canteens, restaurants (most of which work only in season), around the village there are many stalls with souvenirs and all sorts of little things, useful and not very.

As for supermarkets, they are not there. There is a chain of shops selling Crimean wines and several small grocery stores.

An amusement park that works only during the season is available - “Field of Miracles”. You will enjoy riding rides, various themed events and discos, a small green area and a tourist office where you can book excursions. There are hostels, hotels, pensions, estates and a huge choice in the private sector for living (many people in the village live off the money earned in the season, from renting out housing).

The location of the village and nearby Feodosia is very picturesque due to towering mountains, plains, coniferous forests, which can not but rejoice the eye. And, of course, sandy beaches will appeal to any visitor. The climate in this area is unique: in spite of its softness, the air is very hot, but thanks to the sea breeze and winds this does not greatly affect vacationers and local residents.

Tired of eternal bustle, people come to Beregovoye in order to enjoy peace, tranquility and beach relaxation. But they also want variety and see something interesting and new, gain experience. For them, too, there are interesting scenic spots.

• Damn staircase. The original has the name Shantai-Merdven (Tatar). It used to be a strategic target for coastal residents - a transition between the northern and southern parts. But as a result of technological progress, it has lost its significance and is now serving as a local landmark and historical monument. Tourists, despite its gloomy appearance and not very interesting historical origin, this place attracts with its mysterious name and legends.

• Rock of Iphigenia whose height is 120 meters.Few people know that this rock is a fragment of the ancient volcanic massif that existed in Crimea even before the Jurassic period of civilization. Rare breeds took part in the formation of the rock: keratophyre porphyrites and cut tuffs.

• Golden beach. This is also a kind of attraction thanks to the fine yellow-golden sand, which is why the sea takes on a perfect blue hue. The cleanliness of the beach is monitored, so it has not lost its mystery now. The beach offers boat rides, diving and sailing.

• Kuchuk Lake - Ajigol. It is small in size - its total area is 0.326 square kilometers. It does not have healing properties, there is no healing mud. Local residents do not recommend swimming in this reservoir, very often an unpleasant smell comes from it, and a change in the color of water in it was also noticed. A favorite pastime for locals on that lake is fishing. Although the chance to take home a “big” catch is extremely small, there are plenty of people who want to try their luck. Most often there you can catch crayfish, plankton and other animals.

As for the picturesque nature of this lake, in addition to flowering water, reeds grow along the shore, and then the steppe, which blooms and adds color to the lake. Often, gulls fly to the lake, allowing everyone to take a picture of themselves. What else can be captured on the lake? Fast and nimble lizards that are sure to fall into the frame while you are taking pictures.

• Karadag reserve - the volcanic massif Kara-Dag, it also includes the entire mountain range along the coast and preserved underwater reefs. Since the recognition of this part of the reserve, a significant part of the flora and fauna of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has been restored. And to reduce the risk of people interfering in the life of the reserve, we created paths along which tours are conducted, but you can walk on them only accompanied by a reserve worker. If you come with children, then for them there is also a lot of entertainment: sports fields, trampolines, attractions, ice cream on every corner and amusement park.

It is necessary to take any bus to the bus station to Feodosia, and from there every 20-30 minutes there is transport to the village. If you are accustomed to comfort, you can also get a taxi that carry travelers from any city.
