The village of Molochnoe in the western part of the Crimean peninsula is not a developed resort and is not very popular against the background of the more famous Crimean villages. The village is located on the Black Sea and near the healing Salt Lake. Everyone who wants to find a budget vacation from the bustle of the city comes here.

Description

Although there is no entertainment for visitors in the Dairy itself, the guests of the village have no problem going to Yevpatoria. At the famous resort, visits to excursions and sightseeing are available in full and for every taste. Dairy has a good infrastructure, there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay: pharmacies, post office, market, shops, private pensions.

Despite the modest size of the village, there is even a tram line. And although it is considered the shortest in the world, it leads straight to the sea. Only 1 km on the way, and you can hear the sound of the surf and see the seagulls soaring over the clear sea water.

Such a five-minute walk will make a measured rest special and unforgettable.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to the village. From the city of Yevpatoriya, people come here on vacation by public or private transport. There are no direct flights from Simferopol to Molochny. Buses and electric trains follow to Evpatoria, and from there to the village only 10 km.

By plane

The nearest airport is 82 km from the village. A new well-maintained terminal is located in the capital of the peninsula: Simferopol. The building has not only air, but also Fly & Bus ticket offices, where you can buy a ticket to Yevpatoriya. The cost of a trip in a comfortable minibus is about 300 rubles.

In addition, from 8.18 in the morning to 20.35 in the evening from the new terminal every 40 minutes. Regular buses depart in the direction of Simferopol-Yevpatoriya. Buses to Yevpatoria run from the old airport located nearby. From the central bus station of Yevpatoriya to the village there is a suburban bus or the 119th minibus, next to the village from the central market.

You can also purchase a ticket at the Kurortnaya bus station on the territory of the railway station. You can get to the place by minibus number 49 or city trolleybus number 20 or 17. At this bus station, the choice of flights is much larger, but the queues at the ticket office are longer, although the service is quick. Ticket offices at the Kurortnaya bus station are open from 8.20 to 20.30.

By train

Single tickets are sold on the Russian Railways website, including the cost of a train ride to Anapa or Krasnodar and a seat on a regular bus to Yevpatoriya. A single ticket is available for sale from April 30 to September 30. In another period, you will have to get from Krasnodar (Anapa) yourself by purchasing a ticket directly on the spot after the arrival of the train.

The second option is to buy a single ticket to Simferopol and from there go to Molochny by train. From the railway station of the Crimean capital, they go towards Yevpatoriya every 2 hours.

By taxi

It is convenient to order a taxi at the airport right at the counter in the arrivals hall or use the telephone numbers of local private pick-up services. Available and order a taxi online. It is best to take care of pre-ordering. Then you do not have to wait for the driver and look for a free car.

And also at the airport, private traders engaged in carriage by private cars earn extra money. This method is more expensive. But in this case you do not have to wait for a taxi. Just a few minutes of negotiations with a taxi driver, and you can set off to relax with the breeze without any fellow travelers in the cabin. And for those who want to save a little, on the contrary, it is worth looking for a car with fellow travelers. One way or another, but it will be more comfortable traveling by public transport with a full passenger compartment.

By car

After the opening of the Crimean bridge, the automobile flow to the peninsula intensified. Many motorists take fellow travelers in order to save fuel costs. This is a bit risky, but very popular way of traveling.

Hitchhiking most often gets young people. Students prefer to save on travel to their destination and spend money on entertainment. And also the method is suitable for those who do not want to spend extra money.

By car, you first need to cross the Crimean bridge and get to Kerch. From there, the P25 highway leads to Yevpatoriya. Upon reaching the destination, go to the central city street Internatsionalnaya and go straight to the town of Milk.

What is the weather and climate?

Weather conditions in the village are the same as in Yevpatoriya itself. The climate is Mediterranean-continental. The steppe location provides Milk with a cool breeze, so desired in the hot summer season. Humidity is within normal limits, so stuffiness is not felt. And in this area the most sunny days of the year, when compared with other places of rest on the peninsula. In May, the air temperature already exceeds + 30 ° - the season is in full swing.

Where to stay?

The private sector prevails in the village. Most owners rent rooms and whole cottages. Vacationers can easily find a suitable option. It is convenient to book accommodation pre-online.

On the Internet, many sites provide information on the rental of housing through intermediaries or directly from the owners of residential meters.

Placards with proposals for renting space for temporary residence hang on almost every fence in the village. On any street there are free options. The cost varies from 250 rubles per person and above. The rooms in mini-hotels with playgrounds, a shared or separate kitchen, a barbecue area, gazebos and a pool are already an order of magnitude higher than the private rooms of private owners.

The service is offered quite decent, providing a comfortable stay. This usually includes a change of linen, the use of parking, towels, sun loungers by the pool, barbecue and sometimes even a transfer to the beach. The service of private pensions is rated 2-3 stars. For a village holiday this is an acceptable level. Of the two-star hotels can be noted "Limannaya", "At Alex", "A Place in the Sun." You can rent a whole house, which is obviously beneficial for large families or companies. It will cost less than hotels by the sea. It is preliminary important to clarify the number of living rooms, the availability of beds for all visitors and the level of home improvement.

Beaches

The coastline is quite wide, and the beach is relatively sparsely populated. Pure soft sand and clear water with a shallow shore and a smooth entry into the depths are an ideal vacation spot for couples with children. To plunge deeper, you have to go into the sea for 20 meters.

Already in the first summer month, water off the coast warms up to 25 °. The beach season starts in May and ends in mid-October. At the height of summer, the air temperature is about 30 °, and the water heats up to the level of 27 °.

The beach is 1.5 km from the village. You can overcome it on foot or by minibus, which regularly runs from the village to the beach and back. Many vacationers prefer to come to the beach by private transport. The coastline allows everyone to settle down without crowding.

The beach infrastructure is well developed, especially considering that this is a village beach. There is everything that is offered to holidaymakers in Yevpatoriya and other developed resort cities: where to change clothes, lie down to sunbathe, than to shade from the sun and have fun on the water and on the shore. Without going far from your sunbeds, you can visit local cafes and retail outlets. In addition to soft drinks, ice cream and snacks, you can buy souvenirs and bathing accessories.

A plus can be called a virtually absent spontaneous trade in the form of local annoying entrepreneurs scurrying along the beach with corn and homemade cakes.

Near the beach there is a healing Salt Lake and a military unit with an impressive radio telescope. Camping also extends along the promenade. It provides wonderful conditions for lovers of secluded outdoor recreation. People come here from different parts of Russia and the countries of the former CIS, overcoming vast distances.
