To understand the meaning of the “money toad” (or frog), you need to turn to eastern culture. In feng shui, this talisman brings happiness, luck, wealth and longevity to its master. The first of the legends tells that in ancient times there lived a robber in the world, engaged in the robbery of travelers passing by his den. He kept all his looted wealth in a cave and did not share it with anyone. One day, people turned to the Gods, praying to rid them of the evil robber and return their money. The gods heard prayers and demanded that the robber return the stolen goods, but instead he swallowed all the riches so as not to share them. Then the gods turned the villain into a toad.

But the legend does not end there: when it became clear that he was not only not repenting, but also trying to escape, they deprived him of one paw. Despite this, the robber still did not want to return the stolen goods, and then the Gods made it so that every time the villain opens his mouth, everything that he stole from people spilled out of him. Thus, coins, gems and gold began to pop out of the robber's mouth whenever he tried to say something. This explains the appearance of the mascot.

The second legend tells of the frog Chan Chu. The character of this frog was just as bad as that of the robber from the first legend we told: she was greedy and evil. Buddha deprived her of one paw as a punishment for bad deeds and forced people to bear only the good, giving them prosperity and wealth. Some sources also mention that the frog gave people longevity.

When purchasing a "money toad", it is worth knowing that the talisman is a mascot for discord. Three-legged frogs come in different species and, accordingly, have slightly different meanings in attracting wealth to your life.

• Three-legged frog sitting on the treasure. Such a toad promises the rational use of money and the possibility of accumulation. If you once again realize that you don’t understand where your finances are spent, and you also can’t save a certain amount, this talisman for attracting wealth in the monetary sphere is your option.
• Three-legged toad with a coin in its mouth. A coin, by the way, with a square hole in the center, and its hieroglyphs decorate it. The living room, window sill (the toad should be facing the house) or the wall opposite the front door (again, the toad should be sitting with its back to the door, or better - diagonally) is perfect for this. After a day, you need to get the talisman and, without wiping it, set it in a permanent place. If you wash the talisman twice a week under water from a tap, then all its power will be involved. It is also worth placing the frog in a bowl of water for twenty-four hours, if you suddenly needed money.

The second method is ambiguous and causes controversy in people studying feng shui. It implies a conspiracy, and it is just the conspiracies that eastern culture does not recognize. In any case, the method looks like this: stroking a souvenir with your hand (always with your left) on the back, you should say out loud: “Toad-toad, bring me the grandmother. Within five days, bring me three thousand rubles. " Moreover, the amount and term are always different and depend on your desires and, most importantly, opportunities. Do not ask the talisman for something that you, in principle, will not be able to implement.

Speaking of conspiracies, it is worth considering that this is not the only formulation. There are quite a few conspiracies, and if you decide to use this method, then you should look for one of them that you prefer by ear.

The third method involves adding a red element to the toad. For example, you can make a bow from a red ribbon. Given that in Eastern culture a bell is also a symbol of wealth, these methods can be combined: hang a bell with a red element on the toad's neck. At the same time, you can say a prayer on a bell, which promises financial success.

If a coin or a bill from the toad’s mouth suddenly falls out, you just need to insert it back. As mentioned earlier, this sign is interpreted as a quick infusion of funds into your home.

In the event that a coin or bill is lost, you need to replace it with another coin or bill as soon as possible. Remember that a toad with an empty mouth does not work. It’s not so important that there was a “factory” coin with a hole, and now you inserted the usual one.

If the money figurine is broken, then you should not panic: there is no sign that would say that this is bad luck. It was just an accident with a toad. A broken talisman must be replaced with a new one (the old one must be taken out of the house) and continue to be careful with a fragile souvenir.

“Money toad” as a gift not only promises material well-being to the addressee of the gift, but also to the person who gives it.
