• Floor. Belong to the most popular models, they perfectly fit various washbasins. Often they are equipped with a large mirror, which is hung on the wall. Easy to install, roomy. Some consider the disadvantage the fact that models made of natural materials are expensive.
• Outboard. This view combines both convenience and style. The only drawback of the suspension structures is that they require reliable mounting and are not very roomy.
• Corner Designed for the rational use of limited space in bathrooms. They are easily installed in one of the free corners of the room and complement the interior in an original way.

Each of the above types of pedestals will allow you to properly equip a bathroom, the only thing that when choosing a particular model should take into account the shape and size of the room.

When designing a bathroom, it is important to pay special attention to its arrangement, in particular, this concerns the choice of furniture. Since the area is small in such rooms, the main piece of furniture is often a dressing table, which allows you to fill the interior with an atmosphere of comfort and home warmth. To ensure that this design fits well with the overall style and lasts more than one year, it is necessary to pay attention to a number of criteria during its purchase.

• Functionality. This piece of furniture should perform a maximum of functions, and at the same time occupy a minimum of space. This is especially true for the arrangement of small toilet rooms. A good choice is considered to be models that are equipped with spacious drawers and shelves, as well as those equipped with mirrors.
• Appearance. Furniture should be in harmony with the tone and texture of other decor items, decoration.
• Sizes. Their choice directly depends on the availability of free space in the room.For large bathrooms, you can buy volumetric designs with different configurations, for small ones - compact models will be the right choice.
• Production material. It is advisable to give preference to products made of moisture resistant material. To do this, their manufacturers are treated with special protective equipment. Most often, bedside tables are made of chipboard or MDF, since this is the most budgetary version of the material, represented by a diverse design. The only thing that they are not recommended to be installed under the sink.

If you choose wood models, then you can be sure of their strength and durability. To extend the life of products, it is necessary to additionally install a good ventilation system in the toilet room and periodically cover their surface with special means that protect against the negative effects of moisture.
