However, formal diplomas are not enough. Applicants for the position must have theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Among them, the most important are:

  • knowledge of regulatory documents, laws and regulations that govern the professional activities of an accountant, as well as activities for the sale of various products;
  • knowledge and ability to use specialized accounting computer programs (for example, 1C);
  • the ability to properly organize the workflow process at the enterprise;
  • knowledge of labor legislation, rules and standards of labor protection;
  • ability to put into practice advanced foreign and domestic experience.
